Griffin service

A complete software solution for restaurants and cafés consisting of 3 separate modules:

Griffin Menu

This is a tablet designed for ordering food and beverages. If you use it as a customer, you will be able to see pictures of the meals, see specials, coming events, see which food goes well with which wines (and vice versa) and then, finally, place your order - optionally, with comments or special wishes.

This is also adapted to be a good tool for waiters - they can even use it themselves and it will still show images of food (if someone at the table is interested) and it will be a good source of information about availability and food and wine info.

The tablet has an option to be connected with Griffin Desk, so when the offer is placed it can go automatically further to the person responsible for delivering, no waiting.



Griffin Desk

Griffin Desk is a dashboard for all that happens, live. When an order is placed, person at the desk gets the notification, and then changes order status to "Received" - so that guests can have a track of what's going on. When the order is done and sent to the table, the status changes to "Delivered". In between, optionally, he/she can send all the items that need to be prepared to Griffin Chef so that all the cooks can see it on a big display as a new order.
When the order is payed, the status changes to "Payed" and all history is visibile in the database.

Also, this solution offers a mechanism for table reservations, discount appliance, stock update (what came in, what came out), and (optionally) menu update.



Griffin Chef

Griffin Chef is a solution for receiving orders in the kitchen - no papers, notes etc. Every order is displayed on a big screen when it arrives. On the top of the screen there is a slide that shows the amount of each ordered meal in general, and the orders themselves are below. When one of cooks starts making a meal, the item becomes red (it's in the process of making), and when it's done, it becomes green.
When all the items in one order become green, the order is ready, and can be delivered.



Griffin Manager

This is a convenient tool for managers or owners. Here is where you can find all the history, info and statistics - all the orders, expenses, profit, stock state... Everything can be sorted, filtered and visually presented. It is also possible to save or print reports for different time frames. Menu items and prices can also be controlled.
On the dashboard, there is a ticker with the latest news - who checked in and when, when the prices are changed, when the orders are cancelled etc.
Griffin Manager and Griffin Desk can be joint into one entity for your convenience.
